Why I'm building this
In summer 2014, my FEV1 hit 41%. I was 30 years old, three months from being listed for transplant.
I rebuilt to 58% in 90 days. I'm at 75% today, married 10 years this month, dad to three boys.
I'm building The 41 Project because in 2014 — when I needed someone to tell me what was possible — I didn't have anyone. The 41 Project is the room I needed at 41%, designed for the people who get it.

What's inside The 41 Project
A moderated, paid community across four sub-spaces:Adults with CF
Parents of CF kids ages 0-12
Parents of CF teens and young adults 13-25
Caregivers, spouses, and partnersPlus weekly peer roundtables, monthly clinician AMAs, a growing playbook library, and shared spaces for wins, milestones, and hard days.
The 41 Lab members get small-group monthly sessions and the full fitness library starting November 2026.

Cohort Pass: $297 per cohort — Quarterly intensive programs, 8-12 participants
